During his time working for Fitch & Co in London, JWDC Creative Director Jake Whiteley created the operating manuals for a new initiative launched by Access/Mastercard: The Universal Travel Voucher.

This wholly-linked electronic voucher/payment system for travel agents & service providers required manuals which clearly explained the steps involved in processing the scheme. As well as being clearly legible and well-defined, each of the manuals had to have a striking visual appeal to encourage consumer interaction.
